[PROBLEMS] To provide a compound which is useful as a GK activator. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] As a result of an extensive study on thiazole derivatives, it is found that a compound having an oxamoyl group, a glycol group or the like on a thiazole ring and a compound having an acetamide group substituted by a dicyclic heteroaryl group such as a quinolyl have a good GK activation effect. These compounds are useful as therapeutic agents for diabetes, particularly type 2 diabetes.
La présente invention décrit un composé pouvant être employé en tant qu'activateur de GK. À la suite d'une étude exhaustive des dérivés de thiazole, il a été montré qu'un composé comportant un groupement oxamoyle, un groupement glycol ou un groupement similaire sur un cycle thiazole, et un composé comportant un groupement acétamide substitué par un groupement hétéroaryle bicyclique tel qu'un quinolinyle présentent un bon effet d'activation de la GK. Ces composés peuvent être employés en tant qu'agents thérapeutiques contre le diabète, en particulier le diabète de type 2.
