NOVEL THIAZOLINE DERIVATIVES AND PRODUCTION THEREOF ABSTRACT Thiazoline derivatives represented by the general formula: Image wherein X1 represents hydrogen or methyl; Y1 and Y2 each represents hydrogen, halogen, C1-3 alkyl, C1-3 alkoxy or trifluoromethyl, R1 represents hydrogen, methyl, or ethyl: R2 represents C1-3 alkyl or C3-5 alkenyl and Z represents hydrogen, carboxy or carboxy ester group and its esters and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, syn- thesized by quaternization and acid-elimination reaction being useful as anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic, analgesic and anti- pyretic agents.
