The thienylazolylalcoxyethanamines (I) wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen or a lower alkyl radical; R2, R3 and R4 represent independently a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl radical; and Az is a 5-member nitrogenated aromatic N-methyl substituted heterocycle which contains from one to three nitrogen atoms, have an analgesic activity in mammals, including human beings. The compounds (I) can be obtained for example by reacting a hydroxythienylazol derivative (IV) with a derivative of an appropriate N-(ethyl)amine. The compound (IV) are useful intermediates for the synthesis of the compounds (I). The compounds (I) can be applied to human and/or veterinary medicine.
L'invention concerne les thiénylazolylalcoxyéthanamines (I) où R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un halogène ou un radical alkyle inférieur, R2, R3 et R4 représentent indépendamment un atome d'hydrogène ou un radical alkyle inférieur et Az représente un hétérocycle aromatique azoté à 5 éléments, substitué par N-méthyle qui contient entre un et trois atome(s) d'azote. Les thiénylazolylalcoxyéthanamines présentent une activité analgésique chez les mammifères, y compris les humains. Les composés (I) peuvent être obtenus, par exemple, par réaction d'un dérivé d'hydroxythiénylazol (IV) avec un dérivé d'une N-(éthyl)amine adéquate. Les composés (IV) sont des intermédiaires utiles de synthèse des composés (I). Les composés (I) se trouvent une application en médecine humaine et/ou vétérinaire.
