The invention relates to a thin-film evaporator comprising a vertical drum (1), a supply line (4) that is arranged in the upper region of the drum (1) and is used to supply a medium to be evaporated, a heating jacket (3) arranged on the periphery of the drum and forming vapours, a discharge line (20) for discharging the residue left in the lower end of the drum, and a condenser (11) supplied with a coolant. The aim of the invention is to increase the separating capacity and optionally to carry out chemical reactions. To this end, an inner device (24) influencing the action of the thin-film evaporator is provided in the path of the vapours from the heating jacket (3) to the capacitor (11).
L'invention concerne un vaporisateur à couche mince comportant un tambour vertical (1), une conduite d'alimentation (4) disposée dans la partie supérieure du tambour (1), destinée à un fluide à vaporiser, une gaine chauffante (3) formant des vapeurs chaudes, disposée sur la périphérie de ladite conduite, une conduite d'évacuation (20) évacuant le dépôt présent dans la partie inférieure du tambour, et un condenseur (11) alimenté en agent réfrigérant. L'invention vise à augmenter la puissance de séparation et à permettre éventuellement la mise en oeuvre de réactions chimiques. A cet effet, un dispositif intérieur (24) influençant le mode d'action du vaporisateur à couche mince est prévu dans la trajectoire des vapeurs chaudes, entre la gaine chauffante (3) et le condenseur (11).
