Production of a lithium film suitable for use as the anode of a polymer electrolyte storage cell by rolling a strip of lithium between two forming rollers. At the outlet, the film adheres to one of the rollers up to a given point on the circumference of that roller forming an angle of approximately 90 degrees with the point of contact between the two rollers. A level of tension is then applied that is sufficient but in any case lower than the elastic limit of lithium, rolling the film to remove it from the surface of the roller and normally so that the given point moves to an intermediate position between 90 degrees and the point of contact, for example, approximately 45 degrees. The product obtained can also be used anywhere a lithium film of a thickness between 10 and 100 µm. is required.

On produit un film de lithium susceptible notamment de constituer l'anode d'un accumulateur à électrolyte polymère en effectuant le laminage dlun feuillard de lithium entre deux rouleaux de travail. Le produit obtenu peut aussi servir à chaque fois qu'on a besoin dlun film de lithium d'une épaisseur notamment entre 10 et 100 µm.
