The invention relates to a method for producing a flow sensor used for spectroscopic measurement of irradiated samples. The inventive method consists in (a) preparing a first (10) and a second (22) window, the second window (22) being provided with at least two drain channels (24) for directing and removing the measured sample; (b) applying a thin structured layer (18) to one of the windows (10, 22); (c) connecting and watertightly fixing said thin layer (18) to the other window (10, 22) in such a way that the flat and parallel surfaces (14, 20) of the windows (10 22) oriented to each other, define together with the thin layer (18) a flow space (26) which is accessible by the drain channels (24) only, said windows (10, 22) being partially transparent at least in the area of the flow space (26); and (d) in sealing at least partially a joining region (28) between the windows (10, 22) by means of a glue, said region being separated from the flow space (26) by the thin layer (18) adjacent thereto.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer un capteur de débit destiné à la mesure spectroscopique d'échantillons à irradier, ce procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes: (a) préparer une première (10) et une deuxième (22) fenêtre, la deuxième fenêtre (22) comportant au moins deux canaux d'écoulement (24) pour acheminer et évacuer un échantillon à mesurer; (b) appliquer une couche mince (18) structurée sur l'une des fenêtres (10, 22); (c) mettre en contact et fixer cette couche mince (18) de manière étanche aux liquides sur l'autre fenêtre (22, 10), de sorte que les surfaces (14, 20) planes et parallèles des fenêtres (10, 22) (10, 22) orientées l'une vers l'autre définissent avec la couche mince (18) un espace d'écoulement (26) accessible seulement par les canaux d'écoulement (24), les fenêtres (10, 22) étant au moins partiellement transparentes, au moins dans la zone de l'espace d'écoulement (26); et (d) sceller au moins partiellement un espace de jointoiement (28) entre les fenêtres (10, 22) avec de la colle, cet espace étant séparé de l'espace d'écoulement (26) par la couche mince (18), avec laquelle il est contigu.
