Abstract of the Disclosure The organic (thio)phosphoric acid ester of the general formula Image (I) in which R1 is C1-C6 alkyl, cyclohexyl or phenyl, R2 is C1-C6 alkyl, R3 is C1-C6 alkyl, R4 is cyclohexyl or phenyl, X is oxygen or sulphur, and Y is oxygen or sulphur exhibit excellent herbicidal activity. Said compounds can be prepared by several different processes.
