THRASHING-AND-SEPARATING MECHANISM OF GRAIN COMBINE HARVESTER ABSTRACT The construction comprises a housing accommodating a rotor whose external surface carries elements for processing and transporting the bulk grain material entering between the rotor and the housing, the inter- nal surface of the housing also carrying the elements acting on the material handled. The distinctive feature of the construction resides in that the elements of the rotor and housing are designed and installed relative to one another with a provision for changing the intensity of action of said elements on the material in a part of the space between the housing and the rotor.
