ABSTRACT A device for use in restoring threads on workpieces of various sizes and which includes first and second jaw members mounted on a base, one being slidable in a direction toward and away from the other and the other jaw being pivotally mounted on the base. The pivotally mounted jaw has means for mounting a thread restoring cutting tool thereon and lock means is provided for the second jaw member permitting adjustably positioning the cutting tool relative to the work- piece clampingly engaged between the jaw members.
