The invention concerns a threaded connection of two metal tubes comprising on the male element a taper external threading (3) with trapezoid threads and on the female element a conjugate internal threading (4). The length (l3, l4) of the external and internal threads (11, 12) at the thread top is less than that (l1, l2) at the base of the threads. The width of the thread tops (l3, l4) is greater than that (l5, l6) of the bottom of the conjugate threads. The male and female elements are screwed up to a position located beyond the position wherein the two flanks (13, 15) of the external threads come in contact with the two flanks (14, 13) of the internal threads. Such a connection provides a high tightening torque. The threads of one and/or the other threading can optionally comprise a groove emerging at the thread top.
L'assemblage fileté de deux métalliques selon l'invention comprend sur l'élément mâle un filetage mâle (3) conique à filets trapézoidaux et sur l'élément femelle un filetage femelle (4) conjugué. La largeur (13, 14) des filets mâle et femelle (11,12) en sommet de filet est inférieure à celle (11,12) à la bases des filets. La largeur des sommets de filets (13, 14) est supérieure à celle (16,15) des fonds de filets conjugués. Les éléments mâle et femalle sont vissés jusqu'à un position située au-delà de la position où les deux flancs (13,15) des filets mâles arrivent en contact avec les deux flancs (14,13) des filets femelles. Un tel assemblage permet un vissage sous un couple très élevé. Les filets de l'un et/ou l'autre des filetages peuvent optionnellement comporter une gorge débouchant en sommet de filet.
