There has been a problem that a three-dimensional image is displayed by a medical computer system without reference to any anatomical landmark by a medical computer system and consequently the images cannot be compared with each other based on the same reference surface and the same reference axis. According to the invention, a three-dimensional image is structured and displayed based on multisection-tomography image data. An anatomical landmark of the displayed three-dimensional image is specified, and a reference surface is created according to the landmark. When the reference surface is created, position correction and display is carried out so that the three-dimensional image is an image based on the reference surface. Thus the three-dimensionally displayed image is an image based on the anatomical reference surface, and therefore the image is three-dimensional and anatomical, thereby producing an image of good reproducibility.
Le fait qu'une image tridimensionnelle soit affichée par un système informatique médical sans référence à aucun point de repère anatomique constitue un problème car les images ne peuvent être ensuite comparées les unes avec les autres par rapport à une même surface de référence et à un même axe de référence. Conformément à cette invention, une image tridimensionnelle est structurée et affichée en fonction de données d'images de tomographie multisection. Un point de repère anatomique de l'image tridimensionnelle affichée est spécifié, et une surface de référence est créée en fonction de ce point de repère. Lors de la création de cette surface de référence, une correction de position est effectuée et l'image tridimensionnelle est affichée par rapport à cette surface de référence. Ainsi, l'image tridimensionnelle affichée est une image qui est fonction de la surface de référence anatomique et de ce fait, l'image est à la fois tridimensionnelle et anatomique, et constitue de ce fait une image d'une bonne reproductibilité.
