THREE DIMENSIONAL IMAGE PRODUCTION Abstract of the Disclosure A method of producing on a screen or other viewing medium, a sequence of spaced-viewpoint fixed visual representa- tions of a scene, equivalent to "left-eye" and "right eye" views thereof, so as to produce an image which is perceivable as three- dimensional. The method includes creating alternate or simultan- eous sequential images from each viewpoint. The images are then alternately and recurrently projected onto a screen or otherwise displayed. Projection must take place at a rate of at least fifty-four images per-second in order to be perceived essentially normally as three-dimensional.
