A 3-dimensional shape data processing device which processes data on a 3- dimensional shape to be formed in a flat plate, comprising synthesizing means (5 and 6) which overlaps sets of 3-dimensional data, and erases one of the sets while the other is left in each of the overlapped regions to perform synthesization, and an interpolating means (7) which provides a certain interpolation regions along the boundaries between the sets of 3-dimensional data subjected to synthesization and performe interpolation. The 3-dimensional data are interpolated so that the height of the synthesized 3-dimensional data continuously changes in each interpolation region. There is also disclosed a carving device for carving a plate while it is immersed in cutting oil to prevent cuttings from being welded to the cutting blade and carved plate even if the plate is made of noble metal, thereby improving the carving quality.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de traitement d'informations de forme tridimensionnelle qui traite les données d'une forme tridimensionnelle devant être transformée en une plaque plate, lequel dispositif comprend un moyen de synthèse (5) et (6) qui effectue la synthèse en recouvrant des ensembles de données tridimensionnelles et en effaçant l'un des ensembles tout en laissant l'autre dans chacune des régions recouvertes, et un moyen d'interpolation (7) qui effectue l'interpolation en formant des zones d'interpolation le long des frontières entre les ensembles de données tridimensionnelles soumises à la synthèse. Les données tridimensionnelles sont interpolées de façon que la hauteur des données tridimensionnelles synthétisées se modifie constamment dans chaque zone d'interpolation. L'invention se rapporte également à un dispositif de gravure qui permet d'améliorer la qualité de la gravure en gravant une plaque immergée dans une huile de coupe qui empêche les copeaux d'adhérer à la lame et à la plaque gravée, même lorsque cette dernière est réalisée dans un métal noble.
