A three-dimensional shape-measuring device capable of easily and accurately grasping a condition of an object. A three-dimensional shape-measuring device is constituted of a first three-dimensional sensor (10a) having a projection device (11) for projecting pattern light to an object region and a (first) imaging device (12a) positioned with a first spacing (d1) from the projection device (11) and imaging the object region to which the pattern light is projected, a second three-dimensional sensor (10b) having the projection device (11) and a (second) imaging device (12b) positioned with a second spacing (d2), larger than the first spacing (d1), from the projection device (11) and imaging the object region to which the pattern light is projected, three-dimensional information-calculating means (22) for obtaining outline information of the object (2) based on movement of a pattern on an image obtained by the three-dimensional sensor (10a), variation information- calculating means (23) for obtaining variation information of the object (2) based on movement of a pattern on an image obtained by the second three- dimensional sensor (10b), and information-synthesizing means (24) for synthesizing the outline information and the variation information.
Dispositif de mesure de formes en trois dimensions capable de détecter facilement et avec précision l'état d'un objet. Ledit dispositif est constitué d'un premier capteur (10a) tridimensionnel pourvu d'un dispositif de projection destiné à projeter de la lumière formant un motif sur une zone de l'objet et un (premier) dispositif d'imagerie (12a) placé à un premier écart (d1) par rapport au dispositif de projection (11) et destiné à fournir une image de la zone de l'objet sur laquelle le motif lumineux a été projeté, un second capteur (10b) tridimensionnel pourvu du dispositif de projection (11) et d'un (second) dispositif d'imagerie (12b) placé à un second écart (d2), plus grand que le premier écart (d1), par rapport au dispositif de projection (11) et destiné à fournir une image de la zone de l'objet sur laquelle le motif lumineux a été projeté, un moyen de calcul d'informations tridimensionnelles (22) permettant d'obtenir des informations de contour de l'objet (2) sur la base du mouvement d'un motif sur une image obtenue par le capteur (10a) tridimensionnel, un moyen de calcul des informations de variation (23) permettant d'obtenir des informations de variation concernant l'objet (2) sur la base du mouvement d'un motif sur une image obtenue par le second capteur (10b) tridimensionnel et un moyen de synthèse d'informations (24) destiné à synthétiser les informations de contour et les informations de variation.
