ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION A three-dimensional toy system is disclosed which comprises at least two movable, three-dimensional objects. At least one of the objects is capable of "contacting" the other object. When the other object is contacted, an information signal is transmitted either to the control means which controls the other object or to the control means which causes the "contact". In a preferred embodiment of the invention, this information signal is arranged to pass back to the control means which controls the object which made the "contact". In this way, the human participant controlling the first object may contact the other object and the fact of this contact may be either transmitted back to the human participant controlling the other object or back to the human participant controlling the first object. Therefore, there is indirect communication from one participant to the other participant through the toy system, and also commutation back to the first participant. These communication links and loops make the toy system more interesting to play.
