Disclosed is an adhesive tape comprising a carrier film sandwiched between two layers of a fully imidized thermoplastic polyimidesiloxane adhesive. The tape is made by forming a solution in a solvent of a fully imidized thermoplastic polyimidesiloxane adhesive, applying said solution to both surfaces of a carrier film, and evaporating the solvent.
