A three-phase electric energy measurement apparatus includes a voltage detecting unit (I/V2), for detecting every phase voltage of which line it is located, a current detecting unit (I/V1), for detecting every phase current of which line it is located, an energy measuring and computing unit (M7), connected with the voltage detecting unit (I/V2) and current detecting unit (I/V1), for receiving the output signals from the current detecting unit (I/V1) and voltage detecting unit (I/V2), and carrying out signal process and operation, and then outputting the measuring and computing result. The voltage detecting unit (I/V2) and the energy measuring and computing unit (M7) are respectively connected in star mode, and form a common virtual ground.
