ABSTRACT Hysteresis threshold circuit. This circuit comprises two complemen- tary transistors and an output transistor with injector which is controlled by the collector of the second complementary transistor. The emitters of said second transistor and of the output transistor are interconnected, whilst the input of the circuit is constituted by the emitter of the first com- plementary transistor. Application in I2L et DCTL circuits, in particular for improving the immunity to noise in the connections between circuits.
