This invention is a stucture specificaly designed for generating electricity, with openings in its lower sides thru which water is allowed to enter and exit the interior of this srtucture. This structure also has openings on its top. the water,rising and falling inside the structure acts as a lquid piston, pushing air out of, or into, the structure interior thru the openings on its top. Turbine assemblies are mounted on the top of the structure at the mentioned openings and the air is directed via these openings on top,to strike the blades of the said turbines electric generaters which are coupled to the turbines are therefore made to rotate and produce electricity. this electricity is then led to the local electrical grid.
