The use of the rise and the fall of tidal waters to create perpetual energy, by driving a hydraulic motor or turbine which in turn drives an electric generating unit. A double acting piston and cylinder used to pump ocean water or fluid in a closed circuit, in both directions with the rise and fall of the tide water. The cylinder to be attached to the ocean floor by moans of an ocean going drilling rig and steel tubing cemented in place to withstand any amount of pressure in any direction. The piston to be attached with a piston rod to a heavy float with guide lines and pilings to keep it from drifting.
