A form system comprises several form units (100), each having a pair of panels (108) positioned in spaced relation to each other. A plurality of tie mem-bers (104) connects the panels, the tie member com-prising a spacer member (112) disposed transversely between the panels. Each tie member further com-prises a pair unit connecting members (116), one po-sitioned on each of an outside surface of a panel. The spacer members are each connected to a first unit and a second unit connecting member through the first open-ing in the panels. The first and second unit connect-ing members have first and second connections respec-tively, to permit the first and second unit connecting members of a first form unit to be connected with cor-responding first and second connecting members of a second form unit.
