ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A fitting is disclosed for coupling an elongated body, such as a cable, to a support. The fitting is formed of a number of resilient strands twisted together in a helical formation having a central portion and two extremities, the fitting being formed into a U-shape with a mid-portion, a pair of coaxial rings and two substantially parallel and coplanar legs. The central portion of the fitting has a greater degree of twist than the extremities so that it has a rope-like appearance. The coaxial rings are disposed adjacent either end of the transversly extending mid-portion connecting each end thereof to one of the legs, and extend perpendicularly from the plane of the parallel legs. The extremities are grippingly attachable directly to an elongated body.
