ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A ceramic tile has at least two adjacent edges which are inclined outwardly from the face towards the back of the tile at an equal constant angle of between 5° and 25°, and preferably between 13° and 18°, throughout their lengths and widths, the remaining edges of the tile also preferably being inclined outwardly from the face towards the back of the tile at a constant angle equal to the angle of the first-mentioned edges throughout their lengths and widths.
