Abstract of the Disclosure A time division switching circuit with time slot interchange uses an input shift register to convert a frame of binary coded input data of time division multiplex type from an in- coming line into a parallel bit output. The parallel bit output undergoes gate control in a gate matrix and its bit array is statically changed to a given bit array. On/off control of the gates at the cross points of the gate matrix is conducted under control of parallel bit outputs of a plurality of control Shift registers which stores predeter- mined contents. The bit data thus re-arranged are supplied to an output shift register, and are transmitted to an out- going line as a frame of binary coded output data of time division multiplex type.
