ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A timer controlled flow valve which is characterized by a closure member which is biased in an open position wherein the flow of fluids through the flow passage is unrestricted. An actuator is connected to a power supply such that when power is supplied the actuator causes the closure member to move from the open position to a closed position. A bypass switch is provided to cut off the power supply to the actuator thereby maintaining the closure member in the open position when a flow of indeterminant time duration is desired.
