A tire cover for covering a tire, the tire cover being deformable between an expanded configuration and a collapsed configuration, the tire cover comprising: a pair of substantially opposed side walls; a peripheral wall extending between the side walls, the side walls and the peripheral wall together defining a cavity for receiving the tire thereinto, the peripheral wall defining an aperture leading into the cavity; a lid operable between an open configuration and a closed configuration, wherein in the open configuration, the lid is substantially retracted from the aperture and in the closed configuration, the lid extends across the aperture, the lid including a lid lock for selectively locking the lid in the closed configuration; and a cover lock for selectively locking the tire cover in the collapsed configuration.
