The invention relates to a tire with a rubber tread which is quantitatively reinforced with silica where the tread rubber is composed of a basic rubber composition of high vinyl polybutadiene rubber, one or more isoprene/butadiene copolymer rubbers and cis 1,4-polyisoprene rubber. Optionally, the said basic elastomer composition can also contain a minor amount of cis 1,4-polybutadiene rubber, 3,4-polyisoprene rubber and/or styrene/isoprene copolymer rubber.

Pneu avec bande de roulement quantitativement renforcée de silice, la bande étant constituée d'une composition de caoutchouc de base à forte teneur en caoutchouc de polybutadiène vinylique, d'un ou de plusieurs caoutchoucs de copolymère d'isoprène/butadiène et d'un caoutchouc de poly(1,4-isoprène).
