ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A device which provides a more economical and effective use of air pressure to remove air bubbles from the hydraulic braking system of a motor vehicle. The air pressure contained in an inflated tire is utilized to exert force on brake fluid stored inside a translucent fluid container. The pressurized brake fluid is transferred into a master cylinder reservoir, circulated through the braking system, and expelled from opened bleeder screws which are joined to the wheel cylinders of the vehicle. A two part tensioning mechanism secures a universal sealing cap to an orifice of the master cylinder reservoir to provide a fluid seal between the master cylinder reservoir orifice and the sealing cap.
