A tool for removing a tire from a wheel rim includes an elongated body member with a handle at one end and a tool head at the other end. The tool head includes a tire engaging member having at least one tire bead support and terminating in at least two laterally spaced apart tire contact parts. The tool head further includes a rigid, L-shaped wheel rim engaging member terminating in a wheel rim contact part. The wheel rim contact part is sufficiently spaced from the tire engaging member to accept a wheel rim flange therebetween. In a preferred embodiment, each of the at least two tire contact parts and the wheel rim contact part has a rotatable roller.
Outil servant à enlever un pneu d'une jante. Il comprend un corps allongé muni d'un manche à une extrémité et d'une tête d'outil à l'autre. La tête d'outil comprend un élément d'engagement qui comporte au moins un support de talon de pneu et qui se termine dans au moins deux pièces espacées latéralement entrant en contact avec le pneu. La pièce entrant en contact avec la jante est suffisamment éloignée de l'élément qui s'engage dans le pneu pour qu'un rebord de jante de roue puisse être reçu entre les deux. Dans une utilisation privilégiée, chacune des deux pièces entrant en contact avec le pneu et la pièce entrant en contact avec la jante possèdent un rouleau.
