ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A tissue holder for use in a motor vehicle having a windshield and a ceiling, comprising an open tray for supporting a tissue box, a mounting bracket made of resi- lient material attached by one end to the open tray, and a suction cup fastener comprising at least one and preferably three suction cups, attached to the other end of the mounting bracket. Two of the suction cups are attached to the upper side of the fastener and the third suction cup is attached to the lower side of the fastener. By properly fixing the suction cups onto the windshield of the vehicle, the mounting bracket may resiliently conform to the windshield and the ceiling of the vehicle, and hold and support the open tray on the ceiling. The structure of the holder avoids making perforations in mouldings of the ceiling or in the ceiling of the vehicle.
