Titanium oxide based hybrid material usable as an electrochemical sensor which is particularly sensitive for detecting chemical and biological substances, in particular substances which act as neurotransmitters. Said material may be represented by the formula: TiCxOyHz with 0.1<x<0.6, 2.0<y<3.0 and 0.1<z<0.9 and may be produced and deposited on a substrate using two techniques called: Polymeric precursor route and MOCVD (Metalorganic Chemical Vapour Deposition).
L'invention concerne un matériau hybride à base d'oxyde de titane pouvant être utilisé en tant que capteur électrochimique particulièrement sensible pour détecter des substances chimiques et biologiques, en particulier des substances agissant en tant que neurotransmetteurs. Ledit matériau peut être représenté par la formule TiCxOyHz dans laquelle : 0,1<x<0,6 ; 2,0<y<3,0 ; et 0,1<z<0,9 ; et peut être produit et déposé sur un substrat au moyen de deux techniques appelées voie précurseur polymère et déposition chimique métallo-organique en phase vapeur (MOCVD).
