The invention concerns new oxidation catalysts, methods of producing them and their use. These catalysts consist of titanium silicalites crystallized in situ onto activated charcoal or metal oxides. The titanium silicalite content lies preferably in the range of 30 to 60% by wt. That atomic ratio of Si to Ti in the carrier-borne phase is 10 to 100. Such catalysts are particularly suitable for oxidation reactions with H2O2 under mild conditions, such as temperature of 20 to 120~C and pressures equal to or higher than atmospheric.

L'invention concerne de nouveaux catalyseurs d'oxydation ainsi que leurs procédés de fabrication et leur utilisation. Ces nouveaux catalyseurs d'oxydation se composent de silicalites de titane cristallisées in situ sur du charbon actif ou sur des oxydes métalliques. La teneur en silicalites de titane se situe de préférence entre 30 et 60 % en poids. Le rapport atomique Si-Ti dans la phase à porteur est compris entre 10 et 100. Ces catalyseurs se prêtent particulièrement à être utilisés dans les réactions d'oxydation avec H2O2, dans des conditions modérées, ainsi qu'à des températures comprises entre 20 et 120 C et à des pressions égales ou supérieures à la pression atmosphérique.
