The present invention provides for TLR agonist conjugates (compounds) and compositions, as well as methods of using them. The compounds of the invention are broad-spectrum, long-lasting, and non-toxic combination of synthetic immunostimulatory agents, which are useful for activating the immune system of a mammal, preferably a human and can help direct the pharmacophore to the receptor within the endosomes of target cells and enhance the signal transduction induced by the pharmacophore.
L'invention concerne des conjugués (composés) et des compositions d'agonistes TLR, ainsi que des procédés d'utilisation de ceux-ci. Les composés de l'invention consistent en une combinaison non toxique, durable et à large spectre d'agents immunostimulateurs synthétiques, utiles dans l'activation du système immunitaire d'un mammifère, de préférence celui d'un être humain, facilitant l'orientation du pharmacophore vers le récepteur dans le endosomes de cellules cibles et améliorant la transduction de signal induite par le pharmacophore.
