A toggle-action container dispensing closure (20) is provided for manipulation between a closed, non-dispensing orienta- tion and an open, dispensing orientation. The closure (20) includes an actuator (60) mounted on a body (24) secured to the con- tainer. The actuator (60) is tiltable be- tween a closed position and an open posi- tion. The body (24) has a severable abut- ment (110) under the actuator (60). The ac- tuator (60) has a shearing wall (140) con- fronting the abutment (110). The actuator (60) includes a depending structure defin- ing a pair of spaced-apart retaining surfaces (152) for sliding into engagement with the abutment (110) when the actuator (60) is subjected to at least a predetermined force to shear the abutment (110) whereby the sheared off abutment (110) is gripped be- tween the retaining surfaces (152).
Une fermeture articulée (20) pour récipient est destinée à être manipulée entre une position fermée, ne permettant pas la distribution du contenu, et une position ouverte, permettant la distribution du contenu. Cette fermeture (20) comporte un actuateur (60) monté sur un corps (24) fixé au récipient. Cet actuateur (60) s'incline entre une position fermée et une position ouverte. Le corps (24) présente une butée sectionnable (110) située sous l'actuateur (60). Ce dernier possède une paroi détachable (140) faisant face à la butée (110).
