A toggle-action dispensing closure (20) for a container is provided for manipulation between a closed, non-dispensing orientation and an open, dispensing orientation. The closure (20) includes an actuator (60) pivotally mounted along a tilting axis (T) on a body (24) secured to the container. The actuator (60) is tiltable by applying force to the actuator (60) on one side of the tilting axis (T) so as to move the actuator (60) from a non-dispensing position to a dispensing position. The actuator (60) includes a flange (64) having an engagable surface (104). The closure body (24) includes an annular wall (26) in which the actuator (60) is received, and the annular wall (26) includes an inwardly projecting interference member (100) which underlies the actuator engagable surface (104) and prevents tilting of the actuator (60) unless a sufficient predetermined, initial opening force is exerted on the actuator (60) to cause permanent, plastic deformation of the engagable surface (104) and/or interference member (100). Thereafter, the actuator (60) can be tilted to the open dispensing position a second or subsequent times in response to subjecting the actuator (60) to a force less than the predetermined, initial opening force.
L'invention concerne un dispositif (20) de fermeture et de distribution par basculement destiné à un récipient, pouvant être manipulé afin de passer d'une position fermée de non distribution à une position ouverte de distribution. Le dispositif de fermeture (20) comprend un actionneur (60) monté de manière pivotante le long d'un axe de basculement (T) sur un corps (24) fixé au récipient. Puis, l'actionneur (60) peut être basculé dans la position de distribution ouverte une seconde fois ou plusieurs fois en réponse à la soumission de l'actionneur (60) à une force inférieure à la force d'ouverture initiale prédéterminée.
