Telecommunications terminal blocks for making and breaking connections with a telecommunications conductor include a unitary base that defines a body cavity having a hinge member at an end thereof. In other embodiments a base includes a hinge member on an external surface thereof. First and second connectors are mounted in the base and extend into the body cavity. A toggle member is rotatably connected to the base at the hinge member. The toggle member has first and second conductor receiving openings therein and first and second conductor passages extending from the respective openings past respective ones of the connectors. An environmental sealant material is positioned in the body cavity.
L'invention concerne des blocs de connexion de télécommunications permettant d'établir et de couper des connexions avec un conducteur de télécommunications et comprenant une base unitaire définissant une cavité de corps présentant un élément d'articulation au niveau d'une extrémité. Dans d'autres modes de réalisation, une base comprend un élément d'articulation sur une surface extérieure. Des premier et second connecteurs sont montés dans la base et s'étendent jusque dans la cavité du corps. Un élément de bascule est connecté rotatif à la base au niveau de l'élément d'articulation. L'élément de bascule présente des premier et second orifices de réception de conducteur ainsi que des premier et second passages de conducteur s'étendant à partir des orifices respectifs, au-delà des connecteurs respectifs. Une matière d'étanchéité à l'environnement est positionnée dans la cavité du corps.
