A toilet device, in particular for bedridden persons, includes a lower shell (20) whose top side has a support surface (45; 80, 82) surrounding an opening (30) to receive the stool and urine of a person on the lower shell, in such a way that there is a first sealing line portion between the person and lower shell, which first sealing line portion extends from the inside of one buttock over the coccyx or lower back region to the inside of the other buttock. An upper shell (22) can be mounted to the lower shell and is so formed that in a transitional region between the lower shell and the upper shell (22) connected thereto there are second and third sealing line portions, adjoining the first sealing line portion, in the region of the uppermost insides of the thighs or the lowermost trunk region, which are adjoined by a fourth sealing line portion which extends from one side of the lowermost trunk region over the pubic region or lower abdomen region to the other side of the lowermost trunk region.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de toilette, notamment adapté aux personnes alitées, comprenant une coquille inférieure (20), dont la face supérieure est pourvue d'une surface de support (45; 80; 82) entourant un orifice (30) qui permet l'accueil des selles et de l'urine d'une personne se trouvant sur cette coquille inférieure, de façon qu'une première partie de ligne d'étanchéité se forme entre la personne et la coquille inférieure, s'étendant de la face intérieure d'une fesse, par la zone du coccyx ou du bas du dos, jusqu'à la face intérieure de l'autre fesse. Une coquille supérieure (22) peut être appliquée sur la coquille inférieure et est formée de façon qu'une deuxième et une troisième parties de ligne d'étanchéité, adjacentes à la première partie de ligne d'étanchéité dans une zone de transition, située entre la coquille inférieure et la coquille supérieure (22) appliquée sur cette dernière, se forment dans la zone des faces intérieures supérieures du haut de cuisse ou de la zone de tronc inférieure, une quatrième partie de ligne d'étanchéité, qui s'étend d'une face de la zone de tronc inférieure, par la zone du pubis ou du bas ventre, jusqu'à l'autre face de la zone de tronc inférieure, étant adjacente auxdites parties.
