A storage and dispensing device for holding a plurality of rolls of toilet paper, the device comprising a housing having a channel therein for receiving and retaining a plurality of rolls of toilet paper, an outlet from the channel, and means for retaining a single roll of toilet paper at the outlet to permit dispensing of the toilet paper, and first and second securing devices, each of the securing devices designed to engage front and rear surfaces respectively of a wall panel when the device is inserted in a wall cavity. The device may be made out of plastic or wood or metal material and provides a convenient aesthetic storage for the rolls of toilet paper.
