-10- TOILET SUCTION DEVICE ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention describes a toilet suction device in which foul air is removed from a toilet bowl when the toilet is in use. The device attaches to the bolts on the toilet bowl that attach to the toilet seat. The device is comprised of a cross member with housings on either end hanging downwardly. One housing contains a fan and filter arrangement and the other contains a power source for the fan. The device slides on to the bolts in a saddle-like manner. A suction nozzle extends from the cross member facing the toilet bowl, between the bolts horizontally and the seat and bowl vertically. The fan is automatically turned on when a person sits on the seat. The fan creates a suction through the nozzle, which removes the foul air from the bowl, through a duct within the device to the fan, where it is blown through an activated charcoal filter to the outside of the device.
