The present document describes a user-operated tool and a method for lifting and dragging a heavy load on a surface. The tool comprises an elongated body having an upper end comprising a grip, a lower end for making contact with the surface in the viciniti of the heavy load, and a flex point located between the upper end and the lower end. The tool comprising a lift and drag member, having a hook member for hooking to the heavy load, connected to the elongated body and is movable about the flex point. The tool comprising a strap reel fixed on the elongated body for winding the strap thereon. In use, the user grips the the tool and rotates the elongated member about the lower end and away from the heavy load. The lift and drag member thereby first lifts and then drags the heavy load toward the lower end.
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un outil actionné par lutilisateur permettant de lever et de traîner une charge lourde sur une surface. L'outil comprend un corps allongé comprenant une extrémité supérieure dotée dune poignée, une extrémité inférieure pour l'entrée en contact avec la surface à proximité de la charge lourde, et un point de flexion situé entre lextrémité supérieure et lextrémité inférieure. L'outil comprend un élément de levage et de traînage comprenant un élément de crochet permettant daccrocher la charge lourde, relié au corps allongé et déplaçable autour du point de flexion. Loutil comprend un dévidoir de courroie fixé sur le corps allongé permettant denrouler la courroie. Lors de l'utilisation, l'utilisateur empoigne l'outil et fait tourner l'élément allongé autour de l'extrémité inférieure dans la direction opposée à la charge lourde. L'élément de levage et de traînage permet donc d'abord de lever, puis de traîner la charge lourde en direction de l'extrémité inférieure.
