Tool arrangement for the production of helical teeth in gear wheels, wherein a roughing hob (20), at least one deburring cutter (16, 18) and a finishing hob (12) can be fastened on a common mandrel (14) in a predetermined rotational position relative to one another, and the teeth of the finishing hob, which are situated along a helical line, each have a different cross section such that the engagement angle of the right or left flanks decreases continuously starting from a maximum value of the first tooth up to the last tooth, and the maximum engagement angle of the right flanks of the first or last tooth coincides with the minimum engagement angle of the left flanks, and vice versa.
L'invention concerne un système d'outil pour produire une denture hélicoïdale sur des roues droites. Selon l'invention, une fraise-mère développante de dégrossissage (20), au moins une fraise d'ébarbage (16, 18) et une fraise-mère développante de finissage (12) peuvent être fixées sur un mandrin commun (14) dans une position de rotation prédéterminée les unes par rapport aux autres et les dents de la fraise-mère développante de finissage situées sur une ligne hélicoïdale présentent toutes une section différente de sorte que l'angle d'attaque des flancs droits et gauches diminue de façon continue d'une valeur maximale de la première dent jusqu'à la dernière dent et que l'angle d'attaque maximal des flancs droits de la première ou de la dernière dent coïncide avec l'angle d'attaque minimal des flancs gauches, et inversement.
