ABSTRACT Disclosed is a tool configuration drawing system of a numerical control apparatus (CNC) for drawing a tool configuration on a display, to thereby carry out a machin- ing simulation, wherein tool configuration data (2) includ- ing data of the tip radius of a tool (2C) are input, and a tool configuration (3) having a tool tip represented by the arc of the tip radius is drawn, based on the tool configu- ration data (2). Since a tool configuration (3) having an arc radius which is the same as that of an actual tool is drawn to carry out a machining simulation, an accurate simulated drawing can be displayed.
