The invention relates to a tool for size-reducing coke in containers, comprising a housing which, in the operating state, is fastened to a drill rod and in which at least one cutting tip for cutting and one drilling tip for drilling coke by means of a water jet are arranged, and a switching device for controlling the supply of the water flowing under pressure through the drill rod and the housing are arranged, the switching device for switching the tool comprising a linearly displaceable switching element, a drive device and a control device which is rotatable about the longitudinal axis of the housing depending on changes of the water pressure to switch a valve device for distributing the water and for guiding the same, the flow path of the water towards the drill tip or the flow path towards the cutting tip being released or blocked depending on the angular position of the control device. The switching device is arranged inside the housing of the tool upstream of the region in which the supply flow path of the water in the housing is divided into flow channels for the water to be supplied to the drilling tip and the cutting tip, the switching device comprising a switching element for rotating the control device by the desired angle. Said switching element is arranged in the water flow path and can be displaced at a right angle to the longitudinal axis of the housing and is coupled with means for converting the linear movement of the switching element to a rotational movement of the control device.
L'invention concerne un outil de fragmentation de coke dans des contenants, lequel outil présente un corps qui est fixé à une tige porte-foret, en situation de service, et dans lequel sont placés au moins une buse de coupe pour la coupe du coke et une buse de perçage pour le perçage du coke au moyen d'un jet d'eau ainsi qu'un dispositif de commutation pour la commande de l'alimentation en eau parcourant la tige porte-foret et le corps sous pression, ledit dispositif de commutation pour la commutation de l'outil étant pourvu d'un élément de commutation à mouvement linéaire, d'un dispositif d'entraînement et d'un dispositif de commande pouvant être amené à effectuer un mouvement de rotation autour de l'axe longitudinal du corps en fonction de variations de la pression de l'eau au moyen du dispositif d'entraînement pour la commutation d'un système de vanne permettant la distribution et l'acheminement de l'eau, la voie d'écoulement de l'eau menant à la buse de perçage ou la voie d'écoulement menant à la buse de coupe étant libérée ou bloquée en fonction de la position angulaire du dispositif de commande. Selon l'invention, le dispositif de commutation est placé dans le corps de l'outil en amont de la zone dans laquelle la voie d'arrivée de l'eau dans le corps est divisée en canaux d'écoulement pour l'eau à acheminer vers les buses de perçage et de coupe, ledit dispositif de commutation, qui permet de faire pivoter le dispositif de commande de l'angle souhaité, comprenant un élément de commutation placé dans la voie d'écoulement de l'eau et mobile perpendiculairement à l'axe longitudinal du corps, lequel élément de commutation est accouplé à des moyens permettant de transformer le mouvement linéaire de l'élément de commutation en un mouvement de rotation du dispositif de commande.
