The invention relates to a tool for size-reducing coke, comprising a housing which, in the operating state, is fastened to a drill rod and in which at least one cutting tip for cutting and one drilling tip for drilling coke by means of a water jet are arranged, and a switchable valve device, arranged in a through-flow channel, for optionally supplying the water to flow channels in a flow body for the paths towards the cutting and drilling tips, and a switching device for switching the valve device, said switching device being manually or water pressure-controlled at a switching pressure of the water. The switching device comprises a distributor element which is rotatably mounted upstream of the flow body and which comprises a valve body for closing at least one opening of the flow channels, the flow path of the water towards the drill tip or the flow path towards the cutting tip being released or blocked depending on the angular position of the distributor device relative to the flow body. In order to facilitate the rotational movement of the distributor device, the valve body comprises means for balancing the pressure in the flow channel downstream of the valve body to a switching pressure like in the through-flow channel.
L'invention concerne un outil de fragmentation de coke comprenant un corps fixé, en situation de service, à une tige porte-foret, corps dans lequel sont placés au moins une buse de coupe pour la coupe et une buse de perçage pour le perçage du coke au moyen d'un jet d'eau, un système de vanne commutable, placé dans un canal de passage et permettant l'alimentation sélective en eau de canaux d'écoulement dans un élément d'écoulement pour les voies menant aux buses de coupe et de perçage, ainsi qu'un dispositif de commutation, qui permet la commutation du système de vanne et peut être actionné manuellement ou par commande hydraulique à la pression hydraulique régnant dans le canal de passage, lequel dispositif de commutation présente un dispositif de distribution monté rotatif en amont de l'élément d'écoulement et pourvu d'au moins un corps de vanne pour la fermeture d'au moins un orifice des canaux d'écoulement, la voie d'écoulement de l'eau menant à la buse de perçage ou la voie d'écoulement menant à la buse de coupe étant libérée ou bloquée en fonction de la position angulaire du dispositif de distribution par rapport à l'élément d'écoulement. Le but de l'invention est de faciliter le mouvement de rotation du dispositif de distribution. A cet effet, le corps de vanne présente des moyens destinés à compenser la pression régnant dans le canal d'écoulement situé en aval du corps de vanne en augmentant cette pression à celle régnant dans le canal de passage.
