The invention relates to a tool for turning/turn broaching or external milling of work pieces rotating about longitudinal axes during machining, comprising a disc-shaped tool support having cassettes (20) disposed peripherally thereon, each of said cassettes containing a cutting insert (12, 13, 14), said cassettes being fastenable to a circular, partially circular or segmented removable support (11) that is fastened either directly to a machine spindle or indirectly to a machine spindle by way of an adapter. According to the invention, the cassette (20) comprises a plate seat with a seating surface (21) and two lateral surfaces (22, 23) as contact surfaces for the cutting insert (12, 13, 14) and can be radially adjusted by way of an adjustment member (27) and can be fastened by way of a clamping member (18); the cassette (20) further comprises a slit-shaped groove (30) parallel to the seating surface (21) for the cutting insert (12, 13, 14), said groove having opposing groove walls with a distance and angle with respect to one another that are adjustable by way of an adjustment screw (33) such that the angular position of the seating surface (20) can be changed.
L'invention concerne un outil de tournage-brochage rotatif ou de fraisage de profil de pièces, les pièces tournant autour de leur axe longitudinal lors de l'enlèvement de copeaux. Cet outil comprend un porte-outil en forme de disque qui présente sur sa périphérie des cartouches (20) équipées chacune d'une plaquette de coupe (12, 13, 14) et fixées sur un support (11) de forme annulaire ou semi-annulaire ou en forme de segment, lui-même fixé de manière détachable sur une broche de la machine directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'un adaptateur. Selon l'invention, la cartouche (20) présente un logement comprenant une surface d'appui (21) et deux surfaces latérales (22, 23) formant des surfaces de contact pour la plaquette de coupe (12, 13, 14), elle peut être réglée radialement au moyen d'un élément de réglage (27) et bloquée au moyen d'un élément de serrage (18) et présente en outre une rainure (30) en forme de fente s'étendant parallèlement à la surface d'appui (21) pour la plaquette de coupe (12, 13, 14), cette rainure (30) présentant des parois opposées dont l'écartement et l'inclinaison l'une par rapport à l'autre peuvent être réglés au moyen d'une vis de réglage (33) de sorte que la position angulaire de la surface d'appui (21) puisse être modifiée.
