Abstract of the Disclosure The tool handle comprises a front core section in which a ratcheting mechanism is mounted, and a rear core section which is elongated and corresponds in shape to the shape of the handle. The two core sections are pinned together and then placed in a mold. Plastic is injected into the mold. The plastic on the resultant handle has a substantially uni- form thickness. A hole is drilled through the plastic in alignment with the hole in the rear core piece. The hole through that core piece is completed through the pins. Thus a passageway for liquid to be used in cleaning the mechanism is created.
