ABSTRACT A tool including a pair of levers pivoted together to form handle members on one end portions and to form jaw members on the opposite end portions, the handle members movable toward and away from each other and the jaw members movable toward and away from each other, each of the levers having an annular groove formed in the middle portion for receiving a spring, the end portions of the spring being engaged to the levers respectively so that the handle members can be biased away from each other by the spring.
