In order to enable easy replaceability of a cutting element (14), the invention provides that in a tool holder (2), particularly for a burring tool, the cutting element (14) is held by means of a clamping claw (11) and a tightening screw (24) in a cutting element receptacle (8) in a clamping manner. The tightening screw (24) extends along a center axis (32), which is oriented at a tensioning angle (.alpha.) in relation to a holder longitudinal axis (6). The tensioning angle (.alpha.) is less than 45°, and particularly less than 30°. In this manner, easy front face accessibility to the tightening screw (24) is ensured, thus enabling easy replacement of the cutting element (14).

L'invention concerne un porte-outil (2), notamment pour un outil de tronçonnage. Elle vise à permettre un remplacement simple d'un élément coupant (14). A cet effet, l'élément coupant (14) est maintenu avec serrage dans un logement (8) d'élément coupant à l'aide d'une patte de serrage (11) et d'une vis de serrage (24). La vis de serrage (24) s'étend ici le long d'un axe médian (32) qui est orienté sous un angle de serrage (.alpha.) par rapport à un axe longitudinal (6) du porte-outil. L'angle de serrage (.alpha.) est ici inférieur à 45° et notamment à 30°. On obtient ainsi un bon accès à la vis de serrage (24) par le côté frontal, ce qui permet un remplacement simple de l'élément coupant (14).
