ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A tool to remove, by pulling or plugging at, dandelions. The tool has a rectangular frame having parallel top and bottom sides and parallel lateral sides extending between the top and the bottom sides. The top side defines a handle. The bottom side is of a length sufficient to receive the foot of an operator. The tool also has a tapered tubular member externally secured to one of the lateral sides of the frame adjacent the bottom side. This tapered tubular member extends in a direction substantially parallel to the lateral side to which it is connected, and has a lower end of smaller diameter that projects away from the bottom side. The lower end of the tapered member has a piercing and cutting edge.
