ABSTRACT A Tooth Bite Model A bite pattern model consisting of a base plate on which the tooth cast of the relevant part of the jaw is precisely fixed, it being possible to remove this tooth cast, however. In order to guarantee a good seat of the tooth cast, which if necessary can be broken down into individual teeth, and to create a base plate that can be used for numerous molding processes, to which the most varied tooth dies can be fixed, and also to guarantee a mounting for the cast teeth which makes it possible to work on them, the present invention proposes a tongue-and-groove arrangement between the tooth die and the base plate. Irregularities in the line of the groove and/or tongue are provided, for example, in the form of stops (detents) that ensure a firm seating, even of individual teeth, in the base plate. A development of the present invention makes it possible to lock the tooth die in the base plate.
